Hands down the most ridiculous injury I have ever sustained:
I was at work and I climbed onto a storage cabinet to reach my radio and got smacked upside the head by the ceiling fan. Oh, and it's important to note that the fan was ON, happily spinning away, completely unaware of the idiot en route to disrupt its rotation. I stood up just in time to take a blade to the temple. I actually saw stars.
